About Us

Our story began in 1992 when Packard Appraisal began appraising properties in the Lakes Region of Maine.  As time went on, our coverage area expanded to include Cumberland, Oxford, Androscoggin and York Counties in Maine, and Carroll and Coos Counties in New Hampshire.  In January 2023, Tammy Harthorne took over ownership of the company after working alongside Fred Packard for twenty years.  The office space was relocated to a sweet little barn in South Paris, Maine, but our coverage areas and exceptional service remains the same.
